(iii) If you are not satisfied with the initial Responses provided by Logotranz, there is no refund if your project crosses level 1 and moves to level-2 of logo design. You can request and complete the refund form if the request is granted according to the t&c. Logotranz will refund the total payment made by you but again according to the T&C as mentioned but after lessing service and process fee of 25% on package amount.

(iv) There are no refunds for any immediate service charges. Immediate Design fees and Immediate charges are non-refundable.

(v) In case of refund approval, customers/clients will surely be going to get his payment back within the next 6-9 Business Days.

(vi) We won’t entertain or refund any orders if the client stays non-responsive for 30 Days but the client can send us an email to hold the project if there is some personal issue but it has to be between 10 to 12 days. Also if the client is non-responsive for more than 45 Days then the client has to pay an extra delayed fee i.e. $250 for re-starting the same project/assignment

(vii) Furthermore, the customer shall forfeit the right to the refund outlined above if the customer request additional revisions (1 or more design changes regardless of the complexity) or modifications to any of the initial concepts. You shall also forfeit the right to a refund if you do not respond promptly to a status notification from LogoTranz, Inc.

(viii) Should you receive a refund, you agree that your acceptance of the refund shall constitute your sole and exclusive remedy with respect to related Responses. Additionally, you acknowledge that you will have no right (express or implied) to use any Response or other work product, content, or media, nor will you have any ownership interest in or to the same.

(ix) If the Scenario is one part of the order is on completing stage then the customer will not be eligible for a refund/or even for a request refund form for the complete project including other services as asked.
